Welcome! If you are reading this, chances are you're about to buy or sell some real estate. This can be intimidating and difficult to accomplish, so here are a few tips to help along the way:
1. For my buyers - Don't let a great salesperson put you in the wrong house. A few things I learned from my time in the military is how to listen, how to stay on track and how to be patient. If you don't feel like it's the right house, chances are it's not and we need to keep working on it.
2. For my sellers - I have learned over the years that having my lovely wife, our three sons, three dogs and myself under one roof can turn a clean and tidy home into something that may have been the epicenter of a natural disaster in no time! Take some time to box up items and put them into storage. A clean, open home is more appealing to potential buyers. Plus this gives you a jump start on the move.
3. For my buyers and my sellers - Real estate transactions can be stressful at times. This is my comfort zone. I have the tools, training and experience to guide you. Give me a call. I would welcome the opportunity to make you my top priority.
In the meantime, look through our listings. If you don't see what you want, reach out and let me know what you are looking for. I promise, if it is out there, I will find it!
