Tulsa Fourth of July

It won't be long before the biggest holiday of the summer is here, and now is the perfect time to start planning all of the fun you'll be having for the Fourth of July around Tulsa. With fireworks, parades, barbecues, and plenty more family fun, you have a variety of great options for making the most of the Fourth of July in Tulsa this year.   • Fleet Feet Firecracker 5K – 418A E. 2nd St., Tulsa, OK US 74120
    Enjoy some healthy outdoor fun on the morning of the Fourth of July with the annual Fleet Feet Firecracker 5K, which has now been going strong for 23 years. Choose between a 5K run, fun run & walk, or 5K stroller race, with the first race kicking off at 7:25 AM on July 4, 2025. After the race, spend some time hanging out at the after-party in downtown Tulsa, featuring live music, delicious food, and cold refreshments.

  • Tulsa Drillers Fireworks Nights – 201 N. Elgin Ave., Tulsa, OK 74120
    While the Drillers don't have a home game on the Fourth of July this year, they'll be hosting a number of fireworks displays leading up to the big day with Tulsa Drillers Fireworks Nights at home games from July 1-3, 2025. They'll be playing the Wichita Wind Surge on all three nights, with spectacular fireworks to follow each game.

  • Boomfest at Oklahoma Aquarium – 300 Aquarium Dr., Jenks, OK 74037
    Looking for a fun way to keep the kids busy until the food and fireworks start in the evening? Boomfest at Oklahoma Aquarium might be just the event for you, with a full day of family fun at the aquarium followed by a stunning fireworks display. The aquarium will be featuring a variety of events throughout the day, including interactive activities that kids love. Boomfest activities are free for members or included with a general admission ticket to the aquarium on the Fourth of July.

  • Folds of Honor Freedom Fest – 2100 S. Jackson Ave. & 1875 S. Boulder Ave., Tulsa, OK 74107
    Folds of Honor Freedom Fest
    is such a big event that it can't be contained in just one location. You'll find a full evening of events at both River West Festival Park and Dreamkeepers Park, including tons of free activities for kids. Visit the Kids Zone, watch a BMX stunt show, enjoy live music, dine on delicious food, and try your hand at winning a variety of great prizes. It all builds up to Oklahoma's biggest fireworks display over the Arkansas River, which is launched from the 21st Street bridge and typically starts around 9:30 PM on the Fourth of July.

  • First Friday Art Crawl – 1 E. Reconciliation Way, Tulsa, OK 74103
    Looking for something a little different to do before enjoying the Fourth of July fireworks? The monthly First Friday Art Crawl for July falls on the Fourth of July this year, providing the perfect excuse to see some of Tulsa's best art galleries, see live music, and enjoy kid-friendly art activities. The First Friday Art Crawl lasts from 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM, so you'll still have time to find a prime viewing spot for the fireworks afterwards.
