Where to Shop Local in Tulsa for the Holidays

Ida Red - Tulsa, OK

Year after year, Ida Red is voted Tulsa's best gift shop, and it's not hard to see why. This lively retailer in the Tulsa Arts District offers a tremendous selection of fun, unique gift ideas that range from home goods and decor to clothing and accessories. Christkindl Market - Bartlesville, OK

Reappearing every holiday season in the community of Bartlesville, the festive Christkindl Market is one of the great Christmas events of the year in the Tulsa area. The 2025 iteration is scheduled for November 28-30 at the Woolaroc Museum & Wildlife Center, bringing traditional German and European holiday celebrations to Oklahoma. Every year, the Christkindl Market offers live entertainment, spectacular holiday decorations, excellent food, and a wide variety of festive vendors.

The Ornament Festival - Tulsa, OK

The Ruby Clay Co. is one of Oklahoma's premier makers and sellers of high-end ceramic decor. Every year during the holidays, this Tulsa-based brand hosts its annual Ornament Festival on the Saturday after Thanksgiving. The event is a great opportunity to get a jump on Christmas shopping and browse one-of-a-kind handmade ornaments made by some of the best crafters in Tulsa and beyond. 

The Box Yard - Tulsa, OK

Inspired by a similar development in London, The Box Yard is an exciting new space for shopping and dining in Tulsa. There are many opportunities to shop local in the Tulsa area this holiday season, but few can match the excitement and scale of the Shop Local: Toy & Holiday Market. Dozens of local vendors will offer a dizzying array of arts and crafts. After setting up at the Tulsa Fairgrounds for two days on November 14-15, the market moves to the Rhema Rec Center in nearby Broken Arrow for two more days on November 21-22.
